6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms such as Go High Level, Stripe, Google, Meta (Facebook), Instantly, etc. We are not responsible for their actions, and your use of their services is subject to their own terms.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. We disclaim liability for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of our services to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Springrise LLC, its affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
9. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.
